#Authentic: There is no “They”

Happy New Year!

The first day of the new year. The first day to show how authentic I can be.  Without even trying, someone helped me with that (cus that’s what he does so well).  My most favorite tribal brother tagged me in a tweet last week:

He has never steered me wrong, so naturally I wanted to know more.  Right on time as always, here is my buddy showing the tools to help me be authentic.  So, I listened to the podcast that was the crux of the twitter discussion.  How can we identify problems, create solutions and become change agents?  How can we stop being “they” and become “me”? How can we apply this to education so our educators AND students become more authentic?

This is the year of authenticity.  Getting up and getting on with it.  Listen to how to do that.
